Went in to get my son a haircut like usual and someone new her name is STEPHANIE!!, we have never had her before. She DID NOT LISTEN TO THE DIRECTIONS I gave her about my sons haircut. He had a full head of hair and we asked for a low skin tight fade but did she listen Hell NO. She ended giving my son a military high and tight boot camp haircut and chopped his bangs all to hell. I specifically told her no Military hair cut. Just a boy haircut he's only 15 not 18 getting ready to go fight for our military. When approached at her about what she didn't understand she had the nerve to tell me she liked it. Are you for real!!! Obviously you like low standard stuff but that's not how the real world rolls. She then started to raise her voice and try and get loud to defend her MESS up. I asked her one single question; if you did not understand what I was asking you to perform then you should have asked. But nope she couldn't even give me an answer. We come in there all the time and this has never happen. Praise to all the other ladies doing the right thing. Maybe help your friend who clearly cant listen to instructions so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I would strongly rethink about getting a haircut from this lady ( STEPHANIE )!! if you go there. Awful haircut and Awful service after the fact.
